I did self-hypnosis nightly as well.
Within a few months,
I learned how to trust my own intuition in this matter,
and concluded without hesitation that
I was absolutely fine....
and have been in perfect health for these past 20 years.
Now, I don't know if I had it;
something however was definitely out of balance....
but I knew it when it was gone .....
when balance was restored.
For 20 years I was an artist; my medium was photography.
I used the camera as a tool to document and tell stories
about human nature. Using the nude and the language of metaphor,
working from both the critical part of my mind, and the subconscious part,
I explored and expressed ideas about what I felt about this layered and complex life we create for ourselves.
Hypnotherapy came as a natural and interesting growth.
I get to create environments,
using the language of metaphor (the language of the subconscious mind),
and helping my clients realize themselves in their own stories;
giving them insight into themselves,
and following that with tools to change perceptions,
change self-defeating language,
and ultimately change destructive habits into life affirming choices.
I have always believed in the power of the mind to overcome,
change and release whatever imbalance exists.
We are multi-dimensional beings living in a 3-D world.
The mind,
our ability to dream,
to imagine,
to perceive,
falls outside of those limitations.
Hypnotherapy guides you into your most inner-powers.
You have the ability to understand,
negotiate, and resolve most issues in your mind,
in your body, and ultimately - in your life.
Come enjoy the journey. .
